The FACTS TB21 Asset Controller protects download of assets stored in this ogc.secd.eu. All assets can be found in the Immutable Catalog
This FACTS TB21 Asset Controller enforces access rights given to a user via FACTS Smart Certificates. Any user needs to hold a Certificate issued by the organization that produced (and stored) the asset in the ogc.secd.eu. In order to be able to download a specific asset, a user must hold a FACTS Smart Certificate as published on the Certificate page.
To link your Certificate Wallet with the FACTS TB21 Asset Controller, you can establish a secure connection by following the Link. The provided link will redirect you to the Holders Webapp and establish a connection. This secure background connection will be used when you make a download request for an asset. The FACTS TB21 Asset Controller will use the connection for sending proof requests to your Certificate Wallet to determine wether you are holding the right certificate to download the requested asset. The established connection will be re-used in the future and stored in your session, represented by a cookie created by the ACTS TB21 Asset Controller. You can read more about it in the Cookie Statement.
You can follow the Certificate link to explore which FACTS Smart Certificate(s) are accepted by the FACTS TB21 Asset Controller. You can follow the link for requesting a certificate from an Issuer. This link will redirect you to the Wallet Application. From the Wallet, you can request the required / desired Smart Certificate.
In case your session cookie is expired, the FACTS TB21 Asset Controller will redirect you to the Link page to renew the connection. Once the connection is renewed, the session cookie is renewed.
In case that you do not hold the required Smart Certificate for the download of a particular asset, or the Smart Certificate is revoked, expired, etc., the FACTS TB21 Asset Controller will display an appropriate error page.
